The Colourist had their music video and Ep release show at the Yost theater on Friday July 31st. Recently having a article written about them in the OC Weekly, The Colourist is definitely letting their voices being heard. There was a good crowd at the show of all ages, who came out to enjoy the first showing of the band’s music video for “Oh Goodbye” and receive a free EP. Overall, the show was entertaining with good tunes and a fun atmosphere. I personally enjoyed the harmony between the voices of the the girl drummer Maya Tuttle and lead singer Adam Castilla. I recommend going to their myspace for more information about the band, future shows, and some tunes to listen too. www.myspace.com/thecolourist Surfrider Foundation: Art and Music FestivalSunday, August 2nd, 2009
